The 21-day trial exists so you can find out whether asambl earns its place before paying anything, so payments are not generally refundable once a billing period starts. Billing mistakes (a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled) are refunded promptly and without fuss, and if you subscribed without trying the trial first, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it. Your statutory rights always stand, and cancelling keeps your access until the period ends.
