A new flagship guide, The notice loop: a week that learns, teaches the six verbs end to end: what each one is, how to run the whole loop on paper in half an hour a week, where it breaks and how to fix it, and where it sits against Getting Things Done, PARA, the Zettelkasten tradition, the bullet journal, and Daniel Miessler's TELOS, all named and credited.

The guide carries a free one-page template, notice-loop.md, that runs the full method with a pen. No email wall, no product requirement. The loop is an open method: use it in any tool, teach it, adapt it; a link back is appreciated.

Why a name

Because the alternative was pretending the method is nothing. Systems that only remember stop at retrieve; the loop closes, and the two verbs in the middle, notice and shape, are the ones remembering systems lack. Naming the method makes it teachable, criticisable, and portable, which is what an honest framework owes the people who run it.
